Charlotte commenced her career in Real Estate here at Doug Disher Real Estate as the bubbly and outgoing receptionist. This position soon changed with her can-do attitude and ability to fast track her learning and she was quickly promoted to the Property Management department. Charlotte has been with the company for over 8 years.

With her exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and outgoing personality, she ensures her communication between the landlords and tenants is professional and friendly, handling each situation with composure and accuracy, always resulting in a favourable outcome. This has already resulted in many good relationships with both parties. Charlotte is a whiz in the admin department and takes pride in getting her work done quickly but precisely.

Having grown up in the local area, Charlotte is very familiar with the local property market which provides her with a natural edge in the industry.
