Selling property is simple, but it’s not easy. To get the best results, you need an effective, reliable process and it needs to be backed up with excellent communication. Toby’s successful combination of these two key elements has meant that 95% of his ‘For Sale’ signs end up with a ‘Sold!’ sticker on them compared to an industry average of 80%.
A family man, who has called the Western Suburbs of Brisbane home since 1987, Toby knows what it takes to sell real estate in a manner that leaves his clients delighted with both the process and the outcome. Aside from his professionalism, the feedback he most frequently receives from his sellers and purchasers is that he makes the experience smooth and stress-free.
Keeping his clients fully informed at every stage of the process – from the initial consultation regarding value and strategy, through to offer, negotiation, contract and settlement – means they are always equipped with the knowledge required to make the best decisions. They’re never left wondering what is happening.
He’s travelled extensively, lived and worked abroad, run marathons, skydived, skied in four continents and raised thousands of dollars cycling for charity, so he knows that every person he interacts with is in a unique situation, with individual needs, dreams and priorities.
